I used to love this store. Things have changed. Recently I got a lemon chain saw by Stihl. Usually they have good saws but.. anyhow when I attempted to return it I was told I couldn't. I used the saw for about 2 gallons of gas and it completely fell apart. When I returned to the store again to see if there was a warranty the kid working there told me it was user error. It wasn't (I have used a saw for 20 years). There is another Stihl dealer near Athens - Allpower Equipment. I'd check with them if you want to deal with professionals. Stihl should pull their franchise from this store-in-decline.
