Very friendly staff and always helpful
i just moved my scripts from kroger to here d/t the fact they are closer to home. I had my children at the doctor on a friday and when i went to pick up their scripts they told me it would be an hour. I come back an hour and a half later just to be told they don't have my daughter's cough syrup. "You couldn't have called me and told me that the minute you realized you didn't have it so I didn't have to drive up here" "I'm sorry. Would you like me to call it in somewhere else?" why yes I would. So they supposedly call it in to kroger in Nelsonville. I go their after school on SUNDAY and Kroger has no idea what script I'm talking about. So I go back to Rite Aid. "I thought you were going to call my script in for me?" "we did" Well Kroger didn't have it. I had to take both of my kids back to the er last night and now they both have antibiotics prescribed. If they don't have them I am going to flip out. To have just been giving them my business for the past 4 days and already I'm this disappointed is not a good sign. I DO NOT recommend this place WHAT SO EVER.
If I could give this place a zero, I would! Pharmacist is rude and extremely, I mean extremely slow! Huge waste of time! Never ever again!

This pharmacy is the slowest in the country to get your medicine filled at. The longest and last time was a hour and a half but never again.
